Medical Examinations for Australia, New Zealand, and Belgium Visa Applicants

We offer medical check-ups for individuals applying for visas to Australia, New Zealand, and Belgium.

Please use the specific application form required for your destination country. As fees and procedures vary by country, please refer to the detailed information below.

  1. Please submit your application at least one week prior to your preferred appointment date.
  2. Applications submitted after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be processed starting the following week.

 

[Important] Notice of Price Revision

Please be advised that medical check-up fees will be revised starting April 1, 2026. Prices include tax. The fee is based on the date of the examination, not the date of application.

 <How to Get Tested>

 

1. Book online
  • Please apply using the application form below.
  • We will contact you once we have received your application.
  • You will be asked to email us a copy of your passport's identification page before your appointment date.

 

2. Visit on Your Appointment Day
  • Please come to the Medical Checkup Center on the 3rd floor. If you will use our interpreter services, please first stop at the general reception on the 1st floor.
  • (For Belgian visa applicants only) Please bring a Letter Pack envelope with your completed address if you wish to receive your certificate by post. You can expect to receive your certificate one week after the medical check-up.
 
3. After the Medical Check-Up
  • For Belgian visa applicants: Please visit the hospital one week after your medical check-up to pick up your medical certificate. If you requested to receive it by post in advance, we will send it as soon as it is ready.
  • For Australian & New Zealand visa applicants: We will upload the test results directly to eMedical.

  • Either HAP ID, TRN numbers or Visa Requested ID is required to book an appointment.
  • Those who will take a blood test should not eat anything on the day of your appointment until you have finished the check-up.
  • Those who have a blood test or urine test should refrain from doing any strenuous exercise or drinking alcoholic beverages on the day before the check-up appointment.
  • In the case that additional tests are required, there will be an additional charge for such cases.
  • From 1 July 2024, a permanent or provisional visa applicant is required to complete Hepatitis B examination (708) where the applicant is aged 15 years or older and was BORN IN a high Hepatitis B risk country. (Any country not included on the low Hepatitis B risk country list is considered high Hepatitis B country. Please make sure that you have applied all required tests.

  • For those who are under 15 years old and have kidney disease, we might add a blood test.
  • What to Bring:

(1) original copy of your passport

(2) a document which we can confirm your HAP ID or TRN numbers (e.g., referral letter)

(3) signed client declarations
